Why We Haven't Been Around to Visit

So you may have noticed we have not been around much the past few days.    Well I think we have told you before that mom is daft, loco, off her rocker, crazy driven.   On Saturday Mom and Favoritest Aunt Jaime decided to run from Colorado to New Mexico a Half Marathon.  They did the Slacker Half-Marathon.   It's the highest downhill half marathon in the country.  (Told you she was crazy! )

They rocked, they beat their time from last year by a couple minutes and mom only got a little sick at the end.   :-(  

So mom finally seem to be a bit recovered so we will be heading around to catch up with all our furends! 

Way to go Mom and Favoritest Aunt Jaime!

    Congrats! That looks like a fun race. So the whole thing is downhill? That sounds quite painful...sometimes it's even harder to go downhill, plus it probably requires more coordination.

    Our mom did the Criminal Minds Marathon that was on TV yesterday but she didn't get a medal for that...

    Wow, that IS crazy! As evidenced by the "they only got a little sick at the end" part! Runners.... My mom did 5Ks for a while and they nearly killed her, so I can only imagine!
